Uncle Eric's Popover Mix 21oz bag makes 2 batches of 6 large multi-grain popovers

Ingredients:
Wheat Flour, Malted Barley Flour, Rye Flour, Nonfat Milk, Sea Salt.

Preparation:

Heat large popover pan to 400 F.

Mix 2 cups Popover Mix (1/2 bag), 2 cups water and 5 eggs until smooth. (You can use a blender!) When pan is hot, grease with cooking spray or butter. Fill hot, greased cups evenly with batter.

Reduce oven to 350 F and place on middle rack. Bake 50-55 minutes or until golden brown and dry on top. Enjoy!!

Top with butter, honey, jam.
